Step into the LOUÉ atelier

LOUÉ bags are made in Ubrique, a small town in Andalucía renowned for its leathercraft heritage. They say 80% of the population works in the sector – it sounds like a lot, but it certainly feels true!

Our atelier is tiny and intimate – just two artisans: Víctor, the founder and lead artisan, and Ana, our seamstress.

Víctor originally trained as an industrial designer, which explains why the space feels more like a studio than a factory. He later fell in love with leather and pursued formal training in leathercraft, eventually refining his skills at Loewe, among others.

As demand grew, he brought in Ana, a life-long seamstress, to support. They don’t plan to grow much bigger – just enough to remain close to the craft.
