We offer free global shipping. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@loue-studio.com and we'll help arrange your delivery.

Duties and taxes are included for the following destinations: US, UK, EU, Norway, Switzerland, Bahrain, Saudi, Oman and Singapore. For all other destinations, duties and taxes may be payable upon receipt, depending on your country's import rules.

UK orders are fulfilled from the UK. Orders to all other destinations are usually fulfilled from Spain, where our pieces are handcrafted. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible; please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch.

• UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm next day
• EU: 3–5 business days
• US: 3–5 business days
• Canada: 4–7 business days
• Norway: 4-7 business days
• Switzerland: 3–5 business days

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt, with items unused and in their original packaging. We offer free returns for the UK, EU and US. For all other destinations, return costs are the customer's responsability.

To begin a return, email us at hello@loue-studio.com. Once we've received and processed your return, you'll get a confirmation email, please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reach your account.

Naturally water-resistant and low-maintenance, our materials MIRUM and ELEVATE simply ask for mindful care. Avoid sharp objects, abrasives, oils, and direct contact with perfume. To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth. For more persistent marks, use a touch of warm water with mild detergent.
