We currently ship to the UK, EU and US with complimentary duties and taxes, and to Switzerland, Canada and Australia where duties and taxes may be payable upon receipt. For all other destinations, simply contact us at hello@loue-studio.com and we’ll take care of your order directly.

When a product is in stock, we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible - please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.

We hope your purchase is exactly what you wanted, but if it’s not quite right, we have a 14-day return window. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping cost is not refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, all products must be returned in a new and unused condition.

Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email. Please note that it might take up to 7–10 days for the refund to reach your account.
