Duties and taxes are included for the following destinations: US, UK, EU, Norway, Switzerland, Bahrain, Saudi, Oman and Singapore. For all other destinations, duties and taxes may be payable upon receipt, depending on your country's import rules.

UK orders are fulfilled from the UK. Orders to all other destinations are usually fulfilled from Spain, where our pieces are handcrafted. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible; please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch.

We offer free returns for all orders, wherever you're based. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt, with items unused and in their original packaging.

To begin a return, email us at hello@loue-studio.com. We'll confirm your return and send you a prepaid label. Once we've received and processed your return, you'll get a confirmation email, please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reach your account.

If a parcel comes back to us, whether because it wasn't collected or because customs duties were left unpaid, we may apply a £30 fee, deducted from your refund, to cover the cost of shipping.

Naturally water-resistant and low-maintenance, our materials MIRUM and ELEVATE simply ask for mindful care. Avoid sharp objects, abrasives, oils, and direct contact with perfume. To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth. For more persistent marks, use a touch of warm water with mild detergent.
