We ship to the UK, EU and US with complimentary duties and taxes included. We also ship to Switzerland, Canada and Australia – please note that duties and taxes may be payable upon receipt. For all other destinations, contact us at hello@loue-studio.com and we'll arrange your order directly.

UK orders are fulfilled from the UK. Orders to all other destinations are fulfilled from Spain, where our pieces are handcrafted. In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery timelines from dispatch date:

• UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm the next working day
• EU: 3–5 business days
• US: 2-4 business days 
• Canada: 4-7 business days
• Switzerland: 3-5 business days
• Australia: 3-5 business days
• Other international destinations: Contact us for a quote

If your order isn't the right fit, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return shipping is complimentary for orders placed in the UK and Spain. For all other countries, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@loue-studio.com. We'll confirm your return and, where applicable, send you a prepaid label. Once your return has been received and processed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7–10 days for the refund to reach your account.
