We currently ship to the UK, EU and US. For all other destinations, simply contact us at hello@loue-studio.com and we’ll take care of your order directly.

When a product is in stock, we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible – please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.

Delivery timelines:

• UK orders: Shipped with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
• EU: Delivered within 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• US: Delivered within 4-7 business days, however there may be customs delays
• Other international orders: Please contact us for a quote

Taxes & duties:

• Complementary to the UK, EU and US.

We hope your purchase is exactly what you wanted, but if it’s not quite right, our usual 14-day return window has been extended for the holiday season. Orders can now be returned until 7 January. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping cost is not refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, all products must be returned in a new and unused condition.

Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email. Please note that it might take up to 7–10 days for the refund to reach your account.
