When a product is in stock, we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible – please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.

Delivery timelines:

• EU, US & other international orders: Delivered within 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• UK orders: Kindly allow a few additional days for final handling and delivery.

Taxes & duties:

• Complementary to the UK, EU and US.

We hope your purchase is exactly what you wanted, but if it’s not quite right, you have 14 days to return it. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The original shipping cost is not refundable.

To be eligible for refund, all products must be returned in a new and unused condition.

Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email. Please note it might take up to 7-10 days for the refund to reach your account.
