Living Wage Statement
A living wage is the income a worker needs to afford a decent standard of living for themselves and their family, covering housing, food, transportation, education, healthcare, clothing, and other basic necessities. LOUÉ Studio commits to ensuring all of our products are manufactured in accordance with local living wage standards, at minimum. We've benchmarked wage levels in Ubrique against the local leathergoods trade union and against WageIndicator's regional living wage recommendations.
This commitment extends across our supply chain. We expect our suppliers to share this standard and pay their own employees a living wage. These expectations are set out in our Supplier Code of Conduct, which every supplier must sign.
